- Seating is limited to 2 hours. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation, we may unfortunately have to cancel it. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests. *Please note that a music charge of 1000 yen per person will be applied for use after 6:30 PM.
- Restaurant service charge (added separately to the bill for dine-in): A music charge of 1,000 yen will be added for use after 7 PM. (Excluding hotel guests) *The above information is for reference only. Actual prices will be determined by local rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
