Deep fried chicken wings are generously sprinkled with special sauce and spices, making this a truly addictive dish that will have you wanting more and more once you try it.
This is a proud dish of homemade potato salad topped with a brand of egg called "Ryu no Tamago". Stir to create a "yellow potato salad". The "charcoal salt" (salt made from seawater mixed with charcoal powder) served on the side adds an accent. (The brand of egg may vary depending on the region.)
The extremely fresh liver is topped with spring onions and ground sesame seeds. The flavor of sesame oil makes this a great dish to pair with alcohol.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
