－Additional Info－

・This tour is available only for non-Korean passport holders
・Please provide messaging app ID (Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Kakao) and change settings to allow friend requests. The local supplier will be in contact with you for following arrangements
・Free admission for children under age 3, must not occupy a seat or bed. Admission fees and equipment rentals are not included
・Children under age 3 may enter Snowy Land for free
・Children must be age 5 and over to participate in skiing activities
・Ski boot sole length: minimum of 20 cm for children and a maximum of 30 cm for adults
・Travelers can choose either ski boards or snowboard while renting equipment, please notify in "Note" section if needed or ski boards will be provided if not otherwise specified. No changes can be changed on-site
・Please note that the 45-min group skiing lesson is available for skiing only. Snowboard lessons are not available
・Guide language provided is dependent on the majority travelers in each group. Please note that pre-selection is not available

Reminders

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • Guests at Ocean Park Hot Spring are required to wear swimwear and a swim cap (available for rental or purchase on-site, at traveler’s own expense)

  • Please follow the instructions to redeem your voucher and pick-up your equipment

  • Please return your one-day card to the resort at the ticketing counter to receive your ₩2,000 deposit. If not, your card will be invalid and no deposit will be returned

  • Travelers must present ski tickets and be equipped with ski gears to enter Vivaldi Park Ski World

  • This is a self-guided tour. Accompanying staff will be on-site on the first day

  • Luggage storage services are not available at Daemyung Resort Vivaldi Park. Large-sized luggage storage facilities are available at the price of ₩2,000 with each use and small-sized luggage storage facilities at the price of ₩1,000 for each use

  • Please prepare your own toiletries

  • In the event of inclement weather, Snowyland may be inaccessible due to ski lift closure. Travelers may opt for a partial refund or join a skiing experience with ski equipment (without ski lift and ski clothes rental)

  • Please arrive at meeting point 10 mins prior to departure. Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals

  • Itinerary is subject to change, dependent on traffic conditions

  • Insurance is not included. It is advised to purchase travel insurance on your own

  • Please note that the last entry time of Snowy Land time is 3:30pm, which is different from Sky Resort

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
