- The shuttle bus fare does not include admission to "Junglia Okinawa."
- This bus ticket is only available to those who have purchased a Junglia Okinawa 1-day pass in advance. Please make sure to purchase your admission ticket on the KKday website before purchasing this product.
- This bus is not the "JUNGLIA Official Tour - Junglia Express." This service is a shuttle bus provided by Kuyoutian International Travel Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) for customers who have purchased tickets.
- For group or individual bookings, the "Standard Travel Agency Contract" established by the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Republic of China will apply. By completing your booking, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the terms of the "Standard Travel Agency Contract for Overseas Travel ."

The exterior of the shuttle bus may change without notice.
Schedules vary depending on the date of participation, so please be sure to check the departure and arrival times before purchasing.
Arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. In that case, your stay at Junglia Okinawa will be shortened. Please be aware of this before boarding.
The meeting time is 10 minutes before the departure time. In particular, there is a time limit for the departure from the Junglia Okinawa bus stop, so the bus will depart as soon as it is scheduled to depart. Please be careful not to miss the bus.
There will be no tour conductor accompanying the tour. A staff member will guide you at the reception desk when you depart from Naha.
On the way back, there will be no staff at the Junglia Okinawa bus stop. Please look for the bus with the "KKday logo" on it yourself and board the bus. Also, there is a strict time limit for entering the bus stop, so the bus may not arrive before the departure time. In that case, please wait until the bus arrives.
Depending on the road conditions on the day, the return time may be significantly delayed.
(October only) On the return trip, you can get off either in Naha city or American Village.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
