Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The shuttle bus will depart on time according to the following schedule; no waiting will be provided: - Hongdae Station Exit 4: 08:30 sharp - Myeongdong Station Exit 2: 09:00 sharp. If you are unable to board the shuttle bus due to personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic cancellation of the trip, and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

If you cancel your trip one day or on the day of departure due to personal reasons (such as a cold, feeling unwell, or a change of heart due to weather changes), no refund will be given.

The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only, and the actual times may be adjusted depending on traffic and weather conditions on the day.

If you have travel companions with different names who booked together, please provide the names and order numbers of all travelers two days before departure. Otherwise, we will not be able to arrange for them to travel in the same vehicle.

Adults and children pay the same price; children under 3 years old are free, but this does not include a seat or other services. - Each pair of adults can bring one child under 3 years old for free. - For subsequent children, please purchase a ticket and indicate the number of people in the remarks.

The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people on that day.

Ski equipment will be available for rent at an additional cost, with the rental fee depending on the availability of equipment.
