Purchase Notice
Please note that lunch is not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or purchase it at the service area, restaurant, food court, etc. at Gotemba Premium Outlets.
In order to keep to the schedule, dinner will be served early, before 17:00. Please note that the dinner menu may change depending on available ingredients.
The fireworks will take place rain or shine. However, it may be postponed or cancelled due to stormy weather. If the fireworks are postponed or cancelled up to the day before, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.
If the fireworks or the Hakone Pirate Ship are cancelled after the tour has started, we will take you to an alternative site. In this case, we will refund the price of spectator seats for the fireworks, but there will be no refund for bus alternatives due to itinerary changes. There will also be no refund if the fireworks show is cancelled half way through.
A decision to cancel the fireworks may be made on the morning of departure. You will be contacted as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot cover transport costs if you have already left for the meeting point.
For your safety and the comfort of others, please do not use umbrellas when watching the fireworks. Please bring your own rain gear (rain jacket, raincoat, etc.).
If the boat ride is cancelled due to weather conditions, the fireworks may be viewed from the ground.
Due to the late departure after the fireworks, we plan to return to Shinjuku, Tokyo late in the evening. In the unlikely event that we arrive after the last train and you need to take a taxi or stay overnight, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
If the number of participants is less than 25, or if the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, the tour may be changed or cancelled up to 3 days before the start of the tour.
Reminders
Please wear your seatbelt on the tour bus as required by Japanese law.
The tour is scheduled as listed, but may be subject to change due to traffic conditions.
In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, the tour schedule may be changed or the time spent at each site may be shortened. We ask for your understanding in advance.
If the number of participants is small, a minivan may be used for departure (or a combination of rental car, guide and driver service).
After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.
The arrival point may differ from the morning meeting point.
Please note that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.
There are no toilets on the coach (toilets are provided at rest stops).
Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
Please be respectful of the person sitting behind you when reclining your seat.
Forgotten items will be kept for 2 weeks after the end of the tour. However, we will immediately dispose of food, live animals and items that are difficult to store.
Pets are not allowed
In the event of an emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour guide.
Entrance fees to sites included in the tour price may differ from the official price. There will be no refund or additional charge for the difference from the posted price after the tour departs.
We may not be able to accommodate your seating or allergy request. There is a possibility that we may refuse to accommodate your request in advance and will explain the reason for doing so.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
