  • Children under the age of 2 may enter without a ticket. A valid ticket is required for all other individuals, including children aged 2 and above and all adults accompanying children, regardless of the child’s age
  • For safety and security, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older at all times. The accompanying adult must purchase a valid ticket for entry
  • All guests may be subject to security checks, including inspections of bags, clothing, and other belongings, both upon entry to and exit from the SkyPark Observation Deck
  • Please refrain from throwing items over the edge of the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck. Violators will face immediate removal from the premises and may be handed over to the police
  • Luggage is not permitted on the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck. Guests may check luggage at the Guest Services Desk at the Porte Cochere of Tower 3, where it will undergo physical or electronic security screening
  • Guests who fail to comply with these rules may be denied entry or removed from the premises. Please note that no refunds will be provided for tickets in such cases
  • Footwear is required for entry; barefoot guests will not be permitted
  • Loitering on the SkyPark Observation Deck is not allowed
  • Please use the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3 to access the Observation Deck entrance

The following items cannot be brought to the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck:

  • Luggage, professional photographic equipment and professional video-recording equipment (such as tripods, lights and reflectors)
  • Pre-purchased food and beverages. Snacks are available for purchase at the Sands SkyPark
  • Glass bottles and aluminum cans
  • Pets (only service animals are permitted)
  • Aerosol cans, firearms, knives (including pocket knives), box cutters or weapons of any kind
  • Chairs, picnic blankets, signs, sticks, poles, laser pointers, whistles, air horns, bull horns, fireworks, illegal substances/narcotics, pepper spray, mace, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate
  • Prohibited items, excluding pets, weapons and illegal substances/narcotics, may be checked with the Guest Services Desk located at the entrance of Tower 3. Items may be subject to physical or electronic security screening

Whilst umbrellas are not prohibited, it is strongly recommended that guests do not open them while on Sands SkyPark Observation Deck as the area is prone to strong gusts of wind

From Bayfront MRT, kindly exit B & take the escalator on the left to ground level 1. From ground level 1, turn right and walk along the outer side of the hotel from tower 1 to tower 3 – SkyPark Observation Deck. In case of rain, guests will need to access the Observation Deck via the following route: From Bayfront MRT, kindly exit C to Mall B2M Proceed to the end of the mall B2M (HUGO BOSS) From HUGO BOSS, take escalator on the right to Tower 3 – SkyPark Observation Deck.
