Seating arrangements will be confirmed on the day of the flight.
(Seat selection is not possible)
Seats may be located over the wings.
FDA aircraft are configured with 2 seats / aisle / 2 seats.
For single participants, window or aisle seat selection is not available.
For groups of 2, [1 window seat is guaranteed]; for groups of 4, [2 window seats are guaranteed].
For even-numbered groups of 2, 4, etc., seating will always be arranged in pairs.
For groups of 3, either 1 or 2 window seats will be provided. (Cannot be specified)
For odd-numbered groups, you may be seated next to other passengers.
Other
Dinner and lunch are not included in the tour price. Please bring your own or purchase them at service areas, etc.
The breakfast menu is subject to change depending on the purchasing situation.
The stop at Roadside Station Kakegawa is for time adjustment before the flight. Only restroom facilities will be available.

★★★In the event that the flight is cancelled after the tour departure, we will guide you to alternative sightseeing locations. In that case, we will refund the equivalent of the flight fee, but refunds for bus fares, etc., due to the itinerary change will not be provided.

In the unlikely event that your arrival is delayed and you incur expenses such as taxi fares or accommodation fees, we will not be held responsible for any such claims.
The bus may be a mid-sized or small-sized bus depending on the number of participants.
The bus is not equipped with restrooms.
Smoking is prohibited on board. Reclining seats are generally not available. (Except for some courses)

Due to the implementation of the "Work Style Reform Act" on April 1, 2019, limits have been placed on the working hours of tour conductors. Therefore, meal times during the itinerary will be considered the tour conductor's break time. Accommodation may also be different from that of the customers. During free time, customers are generally expected to manage their own activities.
The storage period for lost items is 2 weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable items such as food and items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are not allowed 1on the tour.
Bus seats will be assigned by the company.
Please note that you may be required to share a seat with the tour conductor in emergencies.
If the number of participants is less than 30 or if the tour cannot proceed due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may change or cancel the tour by 3 days prior to the start date (13 days prior for tours with accommodation).
We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seats, smoking/non-smoking rooms at hotels, or allergies. Please note that we may have to refuse such requests in advance.
If you book online, all information will be sent by email. There will be no mailed documents.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
