This course does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the itinerary of the tour (but will not serve as a sightseeing guide).
Depending on the number of participants, there may be instances where seating will be shared or seats will be arranged in front and behind each other. Please be aware of this in advance.

The above schedule may be subject to change due to transportation arrangements such as buses, weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc., which could affect the itinerary, sightseeing locations, order of visits, meal contents, and return times.
Tourist information pamphlets and other materials handed out by the tour conductor are generally in Japanese.
The bus ride from the entrance is about 1km, so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

A ticket with a QR code necessary for entry will be provided to each participant by the tour conductor on the day of the trip.

With the QR code ticket provided on the day, you can reserve one available slot for a pavilion or event if there is an open slot. Once the slot is used, a new available slot can be reserved.
Not all pavilion events require prior reservations. Some can be viewed freely.
The venue will be cashless, and cash payments will not be accepted for shopping, eating and drinking.
On the day of the event, a staff member will give you a ticket ID with a QR code. You can enter the venue with this ticket with the QR code. There is no need for you to obtain an Expo ID or ticket ID.
Admission tickets (ticket ID with QR code) will be handed out by the tour conductor to each person on the day of the tour departure. Even if you do not have a smartphone or tablet, you can still enter with a paper ticket.
After receiving your ticket, you can reserve pavilions and events by linking your ticket to your Expo ID. To do so, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device.
