Customers can use the KKday QR code to redeem physical tickets on the day of the performance and enter with the physical tickets.

Tickets are only valid for designated performances and performance periods. If the date or time of the performance is changed, the organizer is not obliged to refund or exchange tickets. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program, add, delete or replace performers, and modify the program content, performance location or number of seats.

Once the ticket is sold, it means that the transaction has been completed. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Tickets should be purchased directly from ticket sales outlets recognized by the organizer and official ticket offices. Guests who purchase tickets from improper channels, such as resold tickets, will be refused entry.

Tickets may only be used to enter the relevant performance venue or attraction, and may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether through online auction or otherwise), or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to commercial competition and promotional offers) or promote other goods or services, unless approved by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets and prohibit such ticket holders from entering the performance venue or attractions without refund.

The organizer will not be responsible for any complaints, claims, refunds or refunds and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor will it be responsible for the consequences of any delay or cancellation of a performance if it is due to factors beyond its control , the organizer will not be responsible for any compensation other than the ticket price.

Tickets are non-transferable, exchangeable, refundable, resaleable and may be revoked. Tickets will be void once modified.

If the ticket holder is found to have participated in fraud or other illegal activities, or if it is discovered that the ticket held was issued in error or there was an error in the redemption process, the organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel this transaction.

The ticket holder is solely responsible for transportation to and from the performance venue. Therefore, the ticket holder will not be refunded or refunded when there are changes, late arrivals, service suspensions, postponements or cancellations by sea, land or air transportation.

Ticket holders are responsible for viewing performances or using rides at their own risk. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any performance or ride, whether before, during or after the performance. The organizer will not be responsible for or compensate for any loss, damage, personal injury or death (unless death or personal injury is caused by management's negligence). Guests are responsible for attending and watching performances or using rides at their own risk and responsibility. The management is not responsible for any personal injury, health problems, or death caused directly or indirectly by guests' existing health conditions and occurring during performances or entertainment.

The organizer reserves the right to arrange seats at its own discretion and reserves the right to arrange seats that are different from those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If necessary, the organizer will refund the difference in fare between the original seat and the changed seat.

Illegal solicitation of customers is prohibited, and you may not promote goods, services, tickets or conduct any customer surveys without approval.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves unruly, rudely, inappropriately, affects others' ability to enjoy the show, or poses a safety threat. In this case, the organizer will not refund or compensate. Any audience member who causes a nuisance, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with the requirements of management will be ejected from the theater without refund or compensation.

For security reasons, ticket holders will be screened before entering the venue, and any bags, packages or other personal belongings must be opened for inspection.

Any contraband (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans or knives) that the management deems to be dangerous or inappropriate is not allowed to be brought into the venue.

Mobile phones, any portable communication devices or other electronic devices should be turned off in the venue to avoid affecting the performance.

The organizer will not be responsible for any impact caused by force majeure factors, such as performance delays or cancellations, power outages, fires, explosions, floods, typhoons, heavy rains or similar disasters, strikes, labor disputes, unusually severe weather, war, rebellion , riot, civil unrest, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of God, infectious disease outbreaks, industrial action, state or local government ordinances or regulations, governmental directives or regulations, or any other reasonable cause beyond its control.

Without conflicting with clauses 5 and 19, for any rescheduled or canceled performances, regardless of whether the tickets are purchased together with the travel package, the management is only responsible for redeeming the tickets or refunding the partial or total face value of the tickets, and will only refund the Ticket holders. Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash.

If there is any dispute, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispute or issues related to tickets, admission, etc.

According to Hong Kong law, smoking is not allowed in theaters and amusement facilities.

Guests entering and staying at the venue must comply with all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings and rules.

Complimentary tickets will not be refunded in cash. If a venue or facility closes or a performance is canceled or postponed, complimentary ticket holders should contact the department that provided the complimentary ticket to process a ticket exchange.

Performances may contain bright lights, loud sounds, smoke, or special effects caused by pyrotechnics, water, machinery, light or other elements. The organizer will not be responsible for any health problems caused by guests enjoying the performances or using the amusement facilities.

The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on revision and interpretation of this coupon without prior notice.
