Please read carefully before purchasing and agree to the following relevant terms immediately after the transaction is completed.

After ordering, KKday staff will make the reservation and will notify you via message after completion.

Before departure, you need to go to https://www.ncl.com/in/en/ for online check-in (Online Check-in ends 72 hours before departure)

Passengers need to complete the online check-in first, and the official cruise ticket can be generated 24 hours later. At the same time, you can also book on-board activities/restaurants, etc. on the official website of the cruise company. KKday will provide the official Cruise Ticket via message before the departure date. Please be sure to pay attention to the system message.

From the time the order is placed to the time the Cruise Ticket is sent, the order status will show "Processing"; the order status will not change to "Processed" until the Cruise Ticket is sent.

Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information at least 60 days before departure; (2) room allocation list. If there is any adjustment, it will be subject to the regulations of the shipping company. In addition, the passport must be valid for more than 181 days (based on the day of disembarkation).

Please be sure to bring your own entry-related documents for each port of call (such as Hong Kong visa, Taiwan compatriot permit, Vietnam visa).

Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate stating that they are suitable for cruise travel; babies over 24 weeks pregnant (inclusive) or under 6 months old are not allowed to board the cruise.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied on the voyage by a fellow passenger who can provide assistance. If they need any help, please take the initiative to inform them.

If you have diabetes, chronic diseases or other special diseases that require regular medication/injections, etc., please inform us in advance before signing up. If necessary, you will need to produce a certificate of airworthiness issued by a doctor.

For those with special status such as draftees, military policemen and military police contract employees, please abide by relevant laws and regulations and go to the township office or personnel unit to apply or register.

If you need to bring a wheelchair, bicycle, etc., you must apply for an approval letter from the shipping company in advance, and provide the original copy for inspection when boarding the ship.

If you need to carry special/controlled drugs, please prepare a doctor's prescription or certification document for future reference.

Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 120 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be allowed.

If you do not comply with the above precautions and are unable to board the ship, consumption fees will be charged in accordance with the contract cancellation regulations.

The cruise company reserves the right to cancel or change the scheduled voyage, time, and ship due to force majeure and severe weather factors.
