In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Please select one of the two options for the drop-off point in your order: "Meguro River Cherry Blossoms" or "Ueno Park". If you do not enter any, you will be dropped off at Meguro River by default. Please be noted.

Please note that the cherry blossom opening date is affected by local weather and the most beautiful scenery cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom conditions before placing an order. If you request a refund/compensation due to weather factors such as poor cherry blossom opening or rain, we will not accept it. Please understand.

Due to the large number of people during the cherry blossom season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own light meals

For children under 3 years old, if a seat is required, please purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a note during booking

During weekends and holidays, you may encounter traffic jams or attractions may close early. The supplier will reduce or shorten the itinerary based on the actual situation. I hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will try their best to provide the best service.
