This tour will assist Chinese speaking customers by providing assistance with conversations in Chinese and interpretation of the tour guide's instructions, but customers from Japan and other language speaking countries can also participate. *A Japanese tour guide and Chinese interpreter staff will accompany the tour.
In the event of a customer being late for any reason, the flight will depart on time if it will cause problems for the subsequent itinerary management.

Buses may arrive late due to traffic congestion or bad weather. If you are using other transportation after the tour, please make sure you leave enough time to get to the next transportation.
Although chartered buses and trains are scheduled to be wrapped in Kumamon, there may be cases where they will be operated with standard-equipped vehicles due to vehicle maintenance or the convenience of the operating company. Also, depending on the departure date, there may be cases where the Kumamon-wrapped bus will not be operated from the beginning.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
