If you request a refund/compensation due to weather factors such as poor cherry blossom opening or rain, we will not accept it. Please understand.

After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred.
