This coupon can only be used on the day of the event and cannot be used across events.
Each table serves approximately 10 people. If there are excess people, no additional meals will be provided.
For health and safety reasons, if you do not attend the event on the day of the event, your package will not be packaged and delivered separately.
If you want to cancel the ticket, please cancel it seven days before the event. If you do not cancel before the regulations, there will be no refund.
This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or commodities of equal value.
The team reserves the right to amend the event rules, suspend or terminate this event.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
