・Those who can follow the rules, etiquette and traffic regulations of the event. However, high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and those who have difficulty walking must be accompanied by a caregiver.
・Refunds are not possible after booking.
・During the event, staff may take photographs and videos and may be interviewed by the media. The publication rights and portrait rights of all media including video footage, photographs, records, etc. of the event belong to the organizers and the ONSEN and Gastronomy Tourism Promotion Organization.
<Event regulations and disclaimers>
In order to ensure the smooth and safe running of the event, participants must comply with all precautions, traffic regulations, etc. set by the organizers.
The organizers will only provide first aid in the event of injury, illness, loss, or other accidents.
Compensation for accidents, injuries, and illnesses occurring during the event will be within the scope of the insurance purchased by the organizer, except in cases where the organizer is guilty of intentional or gross negligence.
You cannot change the time or cancel for personal reasons after registering.
In the event of unforeseen disasters such as natural disasters, bad weather that makes it difficult to walk, or the spread of new strains of influenza, the event may be canceled. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to compensate for personal expenses such as transportation and accommodation costs. Regarding the participation fee, we will determine whether or not to refund the amount after deducting the expenses incurred up until the cancellation.
If the event is cancelled, the organisers will notify all registered participants by email.
This is an event that involves alcohol. Please enjoy alcohol in moderation and refrain from any behavior that may be a nuisance to other participants (such as shouting or chugging alcohol).
You may be asked to show your ID to verify your age. In addition, driving a car or bicycle while drinking is prohibited by law. Please use public transportation.
