- For safety reasons, entry is not allowed for individuals under 12 years of age, pregnant women, the elderly, those with cardiovascular conditions, or individuals with a weak constitution.
- Customers aged 14 and older may enter without a guardian. Customers aged 12 to 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. (Identification verifying date of birth is required.)
- To protect copyright, video and photo recording inside OPCI is prohibited, and we ask for your understanding.
- OPCI admits a limited number of people per time slot, so depending on the situation, there may be waiting times.
- For safety reasons, pets are not allowed, and outside food and beverages are prohibited.
- The internal layout of OPCI is one-way only. Re-entry is not allowed after completing the experience.
- There are no restrooms inside OPCI, so please use the restrooms located within Times Square. If you exit during the experience to use the restroom, re-entry will not be permitted.
