- The transfer service operates daily for 24 hours
- For service, must be booked at least 12 hours before the departure time
- In the case require to pick up at airport, meet up location information as follows:
- International flight & Domestic flight :Meeting point is at Arrival Terminal. - Child seat is available for children aged 0-4 or under 109 cm (on request).
- For waiting time, in case we can contact customers we will wait for them as per their request. But in case we can not contact customers we will wait for them up to 120 minutes from pick up time then will count as "no show" if it's longer than 120 minutes.
- For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
- There are additional charges for some locations, and if the vehicle crosses provinces, confirmation from the operator is required. The operator will notify you once your location is confirmed.

If the rental duration is not fully utilized by the end of the day or before 11:59 PM, any remaining time cannot be carried over to the following day or refunded.
Passengers are responsible for any damages incurred, whether intentional or unintentional. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to seats, liquid spills, stains, scratches, and other related issues.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
