During the Echizen crab season, we always have crabs available in our in-store fish tank. Our authentic teppanyaki steak is also popular.
Mikuni takes pride in its seafood, which the owner personally purchases from the Fukui Central Wholesale Market as well as the Mikuni and Echizen fishing ports, and we keep seasonal seafood from the Sea of Japan in our fish tank all year round. We are a Japanese and teppanyaki restaurant where you can also enjoy Wakasa beef and live abalone. We have a wide selection of local sake, including our original 'Sugika Kokuryu'. We offer private rooms with a calm atmosphere for various banquets, welcome parties, memorial services, celebrations, first-meal ceremonies (okuizome), and meet-and-greets. Many course options are available.
For the freshest, in-season crab, come to Mikuni. We can also customize our course menus to suit your needs. Please feel free to inquire.

Our private rooms can accommodate groups of 2 to 50 people, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed dining experience whether it's a company banquet or a family meal.
Purchase Notice
- In recent years, we have seen an increase in casual cancellations, which is very distressing for our restaurant. We regret to inform you that we charge a cancellation fee of 100% for same-day cancellations, 50% for the day before, 30% for 2 days before, and 20% for 3 days before. Please consult with us regarding any changes to your booking date. We kindly ask that you consult thoroughly with your companions before making a reservation. Lunch is only available on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, we only accept reservations for regular courses.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
