A generous amount of Japanese-style Mont Blanc paste made from white bean paste and Japanese chestnuts (plus tea) is placed on top of a sponge cake and cream base containing chopped chestnuts. Each one is carefully made after an order is placed. *If you wish, you can watch and take photos of the Mont Blanc being squeezed out. You can choose from three Mont Blanc flavors: matcha, roasted green tea, or plain. (Drink set only)
