Late night fees
Standard rental hours are from 06:00 to 22:00. If the rental period exceeds this time, an additional 25% late-night fee will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day.
Extended waiting time fee
If the waiting time needs to be extended due to the customer's personal reasons, we will charge an additional fee for the extended waiting time according to the following standards:
5-seater vehicle: 2000 yen per 30 minutes
7-seater vehicle: 2500 yen per 30 minutes
10-seater vehicle: 3000 yen per 30 minutes
Even if the waiting time is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as 1 hour. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.
Highway tolls and road fees

Reminders
In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or other force majeure events, you can apply for a refund by attaching relevant supporting documents. Changes to order dates or cancellations for any other personal reasons are not permitted.
