- The confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded
- These vouchers cannot be used with other promotions. Appointment has to be booked in advance
- Contact details of the shop will be provided in your voucher
- You may request to move your booking time up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Rebooking or rescheduling is not possible in case of a late or no-show without messaging us beforehand
- In the event of an adverse situation where you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please send a message via KKday with proof at least 1 to 2 days in advance before your visit date

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
