Purchase Notice
It is recommended that participants be of similar skill levels. If their skill levels are not the same, there may be a situation where they have to wait for each other. For safety reasons, the instructor will focus on students with more basic skills.
Adults and children are advised to attend classes separately.
Because adults and children have different learning styles, Xuelang recommends that they attend classes separately for better learning results. If you still wish to attend classes together, the instructors will focus more on the children for safety reasons.

If you have any special physical conditions such as injury, congenital disease, or pregnancy, please participate in the skiing experience only after a professional medical evaluation confirms that it is safe to do so.
Snowboard and Ski lessons cannot be held simultaneously.
Each course allows students to choose either a Snowboard or Ski learning method, as it is not possible to teach both simultaneously due to professional considerations.

Reminders
The customer service team will join your account three days before the start of the course and set up a common group with the instructor to facilitate meeting details with you on the day of class.
Equipment required for the Ski course: skis, ski boots, ski poles, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles, and helmet (helmet must be worn at all times).
Equipment required for the Snowboard course: snowboard, snowboard boots, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles, and helmet (helmet must be worn at all times).
Your safety is our top priority at Snow and Flow. For your protection, wearing a helmet is mandatory throughout the entire lesson. For first-time snowboarders, we also strongly recommend wearing full protective gear, including knee pads, impact shorts (butt pads), wrist guards, and elbow pads. As most standard rental shops do not offer protective gear for hire, Snow and Flow provides an exclusive rental service for our clients. Please contact us for further details or to reserve your gear.
If you need to rent ski equipment on the day of class, it is recommended to reserve 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the number of people on the day) for renting and trying on. If you need a coach to accompany you, the rental will be included in the course time, please inform us in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

If the ski resort is closed on the day of class and the class cannot be held, the Snow and Flow team will contact you to change the class date or handle refund matters, and try our best to help you complete your subsequent journey.

- For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
