Japan's first creperie, a specialty shop for buckwheat flour crepes, 'galettes'. The BREIZH Cafe Paris branch has been awarded 'Best Creperie in Paris' by FigaroScope magazine for the 11th time this year! Using carefully selected buckwheat flour, cheeses air-shipped from various regions, and fresh vegetables delivered directly from contracted farms, we bring you the authentic taste of Brittany, the birthplace of the galette. Please enjoy our signature salted butter caramel sauce and wheat flour dessert crepes, paired with cider, a lightly sparkling apple wine.
The terrace facing the garden is filled with flowers that bloom with each season, creating a very comfortable space. At night, you can enjoy your meal with the illuminations of the garden terrace as a backdrop.
Brittany, with its ideal soil for growing apples, has had its own unique apple culture since ancient times. Cider, which has been nurtured by this apple culture, is a versatile drink with a pleasant, refreshing taste and a slight fizz that goes well with any dish. It is rich in polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, making it good for beauty. It also has a low alcohol content, so even those who don't usually drink alcohol can enjoy it with peace of mind.
Le Bretagne opened in Kagurazaka in 1996 as Japan's first creperie. It has been loved by many customers as a place where you can taste authentic Brittany galettes (buckwheat crepes). Its sister store is Bretz Cafe Creperie Shinjuku. The authentic galettes are baked with expert skill and have a fragrant and chewy texture. You can casually enjoy galettes that incorporate seasonal Japanese ingredients while adhering to the traditional cooking methods of Brittany.
