Our signature dish features carefully selected eel, slow-grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, resulting in a crispy skin and fluffy meat. Ogawa Fuji has been in business for over 100 years. The third generation owner offers delicious eel with the same taste as when the restaurant first opened. They carefully select the eel they buy, without limiting the place of origin, so that you can enjoy it at a reasonable price. They carefully grill the eel over Kishu binchotan charcoal, drenched in a sauce that has been used continuously since the restaurant's founding, with a particular attention paid to the texture. The skin is crisp and the meat is fluffy, giving it an exquisite taste. Please enjoy the taste of this long-loved, long-established restaurant.
Our restaurant has an eye-catching old-style house exterior that blends in with the town of Kawagoe.
