Choose your favorite dish from the "fresh salad" made with 20 kinds of vegetables and a selection of main dishes. You can choose from 10 main dishes, including pizza, risotto, and pasta. Choose according to your mood that day.
At our restaurant, we use a dome-shaped wood-fired oven instead of an oven to bake pizza, following the traditional method of baking in one go at a surface temperature of 450 to 500 degrees. By using a dome-shaped wood-fired oven, we can bake at a high temperature in a short time, which allows us to get a crispy finish without losing the chewy texture of the pizza dough.
All the coffee used in our shop is specialty coffee roasted in-house. The owner, who is a certified "Coffee Meister" and "Barista", carefully roasts the finest beans from those distributed in Japan. Fresh beans are roasted within two weeks and ground and brewed one cup at a time just before serving. Beans are also sold in-store. Also recommended as a gift.
The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, from get-togethers of friends of 3-6 people to reunions of around 30 people, parent-teacher meetings, and welcome/farewell parties. For private parties of around 50 people, feel free to use the restaurant! The lighting with dimming function allows you to create the lighting you want, and the seating arrangement, which has no box seats, creates a unified layout.
