A long-established Kanazawa steakhouse where the master chef grills right before your eyes.
Founded in 1975, this is a long-standing steakhouse in Kanazawa. The interior is decorated with armor from the Okumura family and reproductions of ukiyo-e prints. We serve not only the local Kanazawa brand beef, Noto beef, but also carefully selected top-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef. You can enjoy Noto beef, which is rarely found elsewhere in the country due to its high rarity. The Noto 'hasaboshi-wara' (sun-dried rice straw), which is said to be ideal feed for cattle, is a product of Noto's favorable climate and delicious water. Course meals start with a casual 'choko-bon' small appetizer bowl.
The space has a unique atmosphere and a sense of history, with items such as the historic black-laced armor handed down by the Okumura family of the Kaga domain, and ukiyo-e prints collected as a hobby (the ones displayed in the store are copies).

Classical, jazz, screen music, oldies, Showa era masterpieces, nostalgic GS and popular songs, the best of which are Western and Japanese rock from the 1970s, can be enjoyed on discs. Please feel free to make requests and enjoy the Showa era revival space.
