This original crepe dough is made with wheat flour from the French company VIRON, and is generously made with eggs, milk, butter, etc. After mixing, it is left to rest overnight, so the texture is chewy and the dough is fragrant and slightly sweet. Crepes baked in a dedicated crepe machine are a little different from homemade crepes.
