The restaurant mainly uses "Bizen Kuroge Wagyu" female cattle, which are carefully raised at Kishimoto Farm in Okayama Prefecture. This brand of beef is raised with a focus on long-term fattening until about 30 to 35 months of age, and you can enjoy its tender meat and melt-in-your-mouth texture. In addition to the rare "Chateaubriand" and the flavor-packed "Misuji," we also offer a "Today's Special Selection" that includes an assortment of sirloin, specially selected loin, and specially selected kalbi.
