Peruvian cuisine is said to be one of the most delicious South American dishes. Many of the dishes use potatoes, but they are arranged so that they are not too heavy. As they are influenced by various regions of Asia, they are also popular with Japanese people. We change the menu with each season. Our recommendation is "Pulpo Anticucheiro," a dish that combines octopus, potatoes, corn, and other ingredients. It is a dish with the aroma of spices such as oregano and cumin.
