Spaishi-ya is a joint venture between an award-winning owner at curry events and a veteran Indian chef with over 40 years of experience. Using ingredients that change with the day and the season, the restaurant also serves an exquisite original biryani that is made to suit Japanese tastes while still following traditional cooking methods. Usually, biryani is made in a large pot, but our method is to wrap each portion in a banana leaf and steam it just before finishing.
