Our restaurant is proud of our "specially selected Yamagata beef" that we purchase directly from our customers. We carefully select cows that weigh around 400 kg and are raised on the mountain side of Yamagata Prefecture for over 32 months. The meat is azuki bean in color, with fine marbled marbling, and the aroma of the fat when grilled is irresistible. Another attractive feature is that the fat melts at a low temperature, so there is no fat left in your mouth. We are certified as a raw meat handler, so you can enjoy our premium tongue and yukhoe. We are open for lunch, so please come and visit us.
We offer four courses to suit your needs, from the luxurious "Extreme Course" where you can enjoy everything Gotora has to offer, to the casual "Take Course" and "Matsu Course". We are particular about the seasonings we use, and use rock salt that does not interfere with the sweetness of the meat and our homemade sauce to bring out the flavor of the meat to the fullest. In addition, we offer a two-hour all-you-can-drink option, making it ideal for drinking parties and celebrations. We can accommodate from two to 38 people, and we accept reservations up until 11pm the day before, so we can accommodate last-minute gatherings.
Our restaurant is conveniently located, just a minute's walk from the station, and offers a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal. We have 12 counter seats and 20 table seats. We also have private rooms for 2-6 people, which is recommended for families with small children. We are also equipped with a smokeless roaster and ducts, so we can cater for a wide range of occasions, from solo diners to yakiniku dates, families, and friends. Please enjoy a blissful moment tasting our exquisite yakiniku in a variety of situations.
We offer a wide variety of drinks that go well with meat. You can choose from beer, wine, shochu, sake, various sour drinks, and even soft drinks to suit your taste. We also carry whiskey and wine that are not on the menu, so please feel free to ask our staff. We also offer an all-you-can-drink single item plan (2,500 yen) for those who want to drink a lot of alcohol, so please make use of it for yakiniku parties and weekend family gatherings.
