We offer dishes and drinks that focus on high-quality ingredients, including fresh fish delivered directly from the source, branded pork, and fruits♪ The yellowtail (buri) from Kochi and the Goto Islands in Nagasaki is particularly exquisite! The sashimi platter allows you to enjoy fresh, fatty sashimi delivered directly from the Goto Islands and Toyosu in Nagasaki Prefecture. The contents change depending on the day, but we especially recommend the yellowtail delivered directly from the Goto Islands. The straw-grilled bonito tataki is thick and juicy! Please enjoy this fresh, odorless delicacy. The fresh wagyu heart sashimi has little odor and is characterized by its crunchy texture. The wagyu beef liver grilled with green onions is also a popular dish, as the more you chew it, the more flavor it releases! It goes perfectly with the green onions.
We carefully select rare sake from all over Japan depending on the season, and always have about 10 varieties in stock. Please enjoy it with seafood dishes that go perfectly with it. We also recommend our fruit sours, which use fruits delivered directly from farms and the source! "Okayama Prefecture Setouchi Lemon Ice Sour" uses plenty of frozen Setouchi lemons as well as freshly squeezed lemons. "Odawara Yago Farm Fruit Sour" is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sour that allows you to lavishly taste fresh fruit.
Gyoen Bar is located right next to Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. The interior is characterized by a calm color scheme. The stylish space with a stylish design is perfect for dates. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
