You can taste around 20 different cuts of beef, from the classic "Salted Tongue," "Beef Kalbi," and "Beef Skirt Steak," to the special "Aka Mixed Offal" and "Shiro Mixed Offal." A specialty is the lemon sour you can make yourself from the server on the table!
The store's policy is to purchase from trusted wholesalers and provide high-quality products with a clear history. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they also have a limited number of wagyu beef items, making them popular with a wide range of customers.
You can choose two of the six types of syrup, so please enjoy the white brandy-based lemon sour slowly while changing the flavor. You can also extend the time by 30 minutes, which is enjoyed by many customers.
