Vegetables picked that morning are sent directly from contracted farmers in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Vegetables grown using unique farming methods that don't rely on chemical fertilizers or pesticides are delivered from producers in Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture. All of the vegetables have a distinctive natural sweetness, and are so delicious that even people who don't like vegetables will fall in love with them. To find out what kind of environment the vegetables are grown in, our staff visit the producers several times a year!
