We serve 'Satsuma Beef: The 4% Miracle,' a premium beef created through the skill and passion of 'Kuramoto,' one of the leading cattle masters in Kagoshima, a major livestock prefecture. A yakiniku restaurant with all-private seating where you can enjoy Kagoshima-grown Kuroge Wagyu 'Satsuma Beef: The 4% Miracle.' ★Lunch time is also open! Cows are living creatures. They are life itself. Even if master cattle breeders risk their lives to raise cattle, it is an extremely difficult task to produce 100% ideal beef cattle. Because cattle are life itself, it is difficult to control them. The quality of the beef cannot be known until it is actually inspected as beef. The meat quality is premium, with a grade 5 BMS number 10 or higher. We have decided to certify only Satsuma beef that meets this difficult standard as the "4% miracle."
We have private rooms with tatami mat seating and table seating available. We can accommodate small parties up to 26 people in a private room! These are popular seats, so please make your reservation early!
At Gyunokura, we introduce the brewers who will be serving the meat that day with photos. We offer beef that has been painstakingly produced by leading brewers so that you can experience the power of Kagoshima, the home of livestock. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
