- Lunch is limited to 90 minutes, and dinner to 120 minutes. Depending on the timing and the weather on the day, we may not be able to provide seats on your preferred floor. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific seating locations, such as window seats. The Sumida River Fireworks Festival cannot be seen from the 5th floor seating area, so please keep this in mind when making a reservation. Some 3-hour all-you-can-drink plans are available.
