Our restaurant offers charcoal-grilled A5-grade Wagyu beef, selected for its freshness! We recommend our "tororo sauce," which has a smooth texture that pairs well with fatty cuts of meat, and our spicy "aozu sauce," which gives a refreshing taste to offal such as tripe and omasum. We also offer a variety of affordable dishes, including our homemade kimchi, and to finish off your meal, try our slightly thick, chewy, homemade hand-pulled cold noodles! Please feel free to stop by! Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences if you make a reservation online!
Our restaurant serves A5-ranked Wagyu beef, grilled over charcoal. We recommend the yakiniku platter as well as the single item. You can enjoy great deals on our "Itami Set," a plate of our proud meat, the "Whole Tongue Platter," which features all the different parts of the tongue, and the fresh "Hormone Platter." ◎ In addition to Wagyu beef, we also offer pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables, so please enjoy them all! We also have a wide selection of sashimi, such as "Kobukuro Sashimi" and "Mino Sashimi," which are made with careful attention to freshness and preparation.♪
We also take great care with our homemade sauces so that you can enjoy our proud meat even more. We recommend the "Yamaimo Sauce," which has a creamy texture of yam that goes well with fatty meats such as kalbi and tomo sankaku, and the spicy "Aozu Sauce," which gives a refreshing taste to innards such as tripe and omasum! Both are healthy and go great with alcohol. We also offer "Shiso Butter," which has an appetizing buttery aroma, and "Homemade Steak Sauce."
All the kimchi, which is essential for yakiniku, is homemade. We also have a variety of special dishes, with our homemade pickled ginger at 280 yen and bean sprouts at 380 yen, all reasonably priced! We also have a wide selection of drinks, including beer, shochu, and sours, so be sure to try them to go with your alcoholic beverages. To finish off your meal, try our specialty, our "homemade hand-cut cold noodles"! This addictive bowl of noodles combines the slightly thick, chewy homemade noodles with the flavorful soup made from slowly simmered beef tendons, chicken bones, and vegetables.
Our relaxed restaurant is equipped with counter seats perfect for individuals or couples, and table seats perfect for family and group meals. We can accommodate private parties of 20 or more people, and we can accommodate course meals and all-you-can-drink plans according to your preferences and budget, so please feel free to contact us!
