☆Pizzeria Imola has been renewed to feature the modern Neapolitan pizza style 'Pizza Contemporanea'!
What is 'Pizza Contemporanea'? It is a new style of pizza that evolves traditional Neapolitan pizza into a modern version. It differs from the traditional classical type in its production method, appearance, and texture. Its greatest features are the large, puffed-up crust and a light texture that is crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy like a cloud on the inside. Also, because the dough is made with high hydration and fermented for a long time, it is easy to digest and does not feel heavy on the stomach after eating. ☆Please come and try our modern 'Contemporanea' pizza!☆
Imola's popular original Bismarck pizza, introduced by Yoshizumi Ishihara on TBS's "Bestcon Gourmet"☆☆ Homemade domestic ham and tomato sauce with salty vegetable stock, mozzarella cheese, and soft-boiled egg bring out the mild, delicious flavor! Please give it a try!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
