We use fresh seafood sourced daily from Tsukiji, as well as domestic beef, pork, and free-range chicken.
【Fresh seafood sourced daily from Tsukiji】We source fresh fish and vegetables from Tsukiji every day. For items like sashimi, where freshness is key, we strive to serve them as fresh as possible with minimal processing. 【Over 40 types of carefully selected shochu】We consult with Mr. Sonobe, owner of the liquor store 'Masaruya,' to provide only the finest shochu (sweet potato, rice, barley, brown sugar, and awamori) that we can confidently recommend to our customers. We also offer 'maewari' shochu, which is pre-mixed with the brewery's own brewing water, enhancing its sweetness and making it easier to drink. 【Using stone-ground Ibaraki buckwheat flour】Thanks to the owner's relative who runs a buckwheat flour mill, we have our own supply of stone-ground Ibaraki buckwheat flour, known for its rich aroma. The owner prepares the noodles by hand. 【Dashi is the foundation of our soba dipping sauce】We have researched the perfect blend of bonito and hon-bushi (dried bonito flakes) to maximize umami, and we source our bonito flakes accordingly.
Tsukiji is only 5 minutes away. The owner purchases fresh fish every day, so you can rest assured no matter what you order! The side dishes made by this authentic soba restaurant are sure to go well with your alcoholic drinks!
Please try our soba noodles, made with a unique blend of buckwheat flour from Ibaraki, Kumamoto, and Hokkaido, and the soup made with stock made in-house.
You can use it for various occasions such as welcome and farewell parties, year-end parties, and class reunions! You can also rent it out for the whole event. Please feel free to contact us with your budget and number of people.
Purchase Notice
- Restaurant service fee (charged separately at the time of payment for dine-in): For customers ordering only seats or all-you-can-drink, an appetizer fee of 550 JPY per person will be charged. *The above information is for reference only. The actual local charges shall prevail.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fees will be subject to the information stated on the voucher after booking): If you cancel this booking, the following fees will be charged: Same-day cancellation (no notice): 2,000 JPY (per person) Same-day cancellation (with notice): 1,500 JPY (per person)

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order details carefully when placing your order.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
