Located in the quiet area of 'Nogizaka', away from the bustle of Roppongi, is [Nogizaka Chojyuan]. We are a soba restaurant that takes pride in our homemade soba made from domestic buckwheat flour. For lunch, we offer a rich variety of soba menus such as duck seiro and Kujo leek and pork seiro, as well as hearty rice bowls like tempura bowls, pork cutlet bowls, and chicken and egg bowls◎ At night, enjoy drinks with appetizers such as tamagoyaki and tempura made with our homemade soba dipping sauce. We welcome you not only for lunch but also for a quick drink after work◎ Please feel free to visit us day or night.
We offer a wide variety of snacks to go with your drink, as only a soba restaurant can offer. We have seasonal recommendations that change every month, as well as popular dishes such as tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) and tempura, which are made using our homemade soba broth, and yakitori, which uses the "kaeshi" base of soba broth. You can enjoy these snacks as individual items, or as part of a course. Sip on these snacks little by little as you sip on your delicious sake... Our restaurant has been in business for 38 years. At first glance, it may seem like an intimidating place, but that is not the case at all. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxing Japanese atmosphere. There are plenty of table seats that can be used depending on the number of people. This is a great place for everyday meals or a quick drink. We often hear customers say, "This restaurant is more reasonable than I thought!" Our proud soba noodles are made with carefully made homemade noodles. We also provide our own homemade broth to go with the noodles, which are made from domestically produced buckwheat flour. The name Chojuan, which is found in many soba restaurant names, is said to date back more than 300 years to the Genroku period. You can enjoy the soba noodles of Chojuan, which have been passed down through a branch of the restaurant. Our restaurant offers a wide variety of menu items, with original twists on traditional soba! Please come and try our proud soba noodles.
