Executive Chef Toru Kono was mentored by Joël Robuchon, who is hailed as the greatest chef of the 20th century. Based on the solid techniques and sensibilities cultivated at star-rated restaurants in France, we offer French cuisine using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. At Monna Lisa, we aim for 'Smiling French' cuisine that fuses techniques polished around the world with the delicate sensibilities unique to Japan. Each dish is beautifully crafted like a work of art, creating a memorable moment through the cuisine, tableware, and atmosphere.
The plates used at Restaurant Mona Lisa are one-of-a-kind dishes designed by Chef Kono himself. Please enjoy them with your meal.
The magnificent view from 180 meters above ground stretching out towards the Imperial Palace is beautiful not only at night, but also during the day and at dusk.
Chef Kono, who also serves as the Miyazaki Ambassador, will offer guests the finest ingredients in a unique Mona Lisa arrangement.
Born in Miyazaki Prefecture in 1957. In 1982, he moved to France and built his career at famous Michelin star restaurants in Paris, including Guy Savoy, Jamin, and Georges Blanc, where he worked as a protégé of Joel Robuchon. In 1993, he became the first chef at Taillevent Robuchon, and in 1997, he opened Mona Lisa in Ebisu.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
