General service hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Overtime service fees of JPY2,500 per 30 minutes or JPY5,000 per 60 minutes will apply if service exceeds these hours (calculated as 30 minutes if over 10 minutes, or 60 minutes if over 40 minutes, payable on-site)
Extended waiting time
The driver will arrive at the designated pick-up time and wait for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, an additional JPY5,000 per hour will be charged (payable on-site)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
