Little Butler with The Farmhouse Lunch Buffet

• The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants is not enough to form a group of 8. Staff will notify the purchased ticket holders 3 days before the activity and will arrange to refund the fee to the participants within 7 working days. Please note that the time required for refunding the fee varies from one card issuer to another, please contact the card issuer for enquiry. 
• Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the activity begins. Latecomers might not be entertained without refund or return. 
• Room type for experience is subject to availability on the day (King Suite, Harbourview Deluxe room, Harbourview room). 
• Parents can wait at the hotel lobby during the activity, and staff will bring the children to the hotel lobby after the experience. They can then proceed to The Farmhouse Café to enjoy the lunch buffet. 
• Please refer to Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong official website for the theme or menu items of the lunch buffet. 
• Participants might be photographed and filmed during the event. By signing up for the event, participants agree to authorise the Organiser to take photographs of them and use them for promotional purposes. 
• Upon confirmation, the name and time of the participant cannot be changed or refunded. Under any circumstances, those who fail to attend the event on time will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the event, and no refund will be made for the payment made. 
• Adverse Weather Policy: If Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is issued 2 hours prior to the event, the event will be postponed and rescheduled. No cancellation or refund will be made. Typhoon Signal No. 1: The event will be held as scheduled; depending on the actual situation, the organiser may choose to suspend or continue the event. 
• The Organiser will assess the environmental conditions and make a decision accordingly. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
