- All transfers are one-way. If you need to travel back and forth, please make another reservation for the same item.
- Vehicle model pictures are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange vehicles of the same type and different brands based on the vehicle and guest conditions at the time.

Child car seat
The cost of a child seat is 2000 yen per seat. Please select it in the plan specifications when ordering.
Please note that a maximum of one child seat can be set up in a 7-seater vehicle (Toyota Alphard), and a maximum of two child seats can be set up in a 10-seater vehicle (Toyota Hiace).
Sign-holding service
This plan does not include a sign-holding service; the driver will wait for passengers in a designated pick-up area.
If you require the sign-holding service, the fee is 2000 yen per instance. Please select this option in the plan details when booking.
Night service fee
The car rental period is between 7:00 and 22:00. If the rental period is outside this time, please contact customer service before booking. An additional night service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (the fee must be paid to the driver in cash on site).
Reminders
To ensure a comfortable riding environment, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle and dispose of your trash yourself. If you soil the seats, carpets, or interior trim, you will need to pay a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual quote from a professional company.
Pick-up time must be specified in advance and cannot be changed on the same day.
The driver can wait for 30 minutes for free. If you are unable to board the vehicle after 30 minutes, you will need to pay an additional overtime waiting fee of 5,000 yen per hour (payable in cash on site).
If you are unable to contact the driver within 30 minutes, and the driver is unable to reach you, we will charge you the full amount and will not wait any longer.
If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.
