Location: Yau Tam Mei Tsuen, Ngau Tam Mei Road, Yuen Long (near Yau Tam Mei Village Office) [Take minibus No. 37 to Yau Tam Mei Village Office, then walk straight for 100 meters to arrive]

— Venue Rules —

• Upon entering the campsite, a cash deposit of HKD$500 is required. It will be refunded immediately after the room inspection upon check-out.
  
• During the 20-hour Countryside Starlight Independent House party room rental period, the campsite is not permitted by law to provide any form of bedding or supplies.
  
• The venue is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, electric kettle, refrigerator, independent restroom, and independent hot and cold shower facilities.
  
• A variety of children's play facilities are provided, including indoor and outdoor play areas, paddling pools/hand-cranked boats (subject to seasonal availability), children's balance bikes, and bicycles.
  
• Unlimited play facilities: children's hand-cranked boats, 2,000 sq. ft. indoor children's playroom, outdoor playground facilities, inflatable bouncy castle, scooters, bicycles, foosball, billiards, pickleball, etc.
  
• Facility Opening Hours: 11:30-21:30, extended to 22:30 on weekends and public holidays
  
• No refunds for no-shows.
  
• Children under three years old enter for free.
  
• If additional people are required, the admission fee is $250 per person.
  
• For those who wish to participate in pool activities, please bring your own swimwear and personal cleaning supplies.
  
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the campsite; a fine equal to the full deposit will be deducted.
  
• If any items are found missing or damaged upon check-out, the value of the items will be deducted from the deposit.
  
• Please keep your belongings safe after entering the campsite. The operator is not responsible for the safekeeping of property and will not be held liable for any loss.
  
• A parking lot is available, with additional parking at $60/day per vehicle.
  
• Please bring your own personal hygiene and cleaning supplies.
  
• There is a kiosk on-site selling drinks, snacks, etc. (All items sold on-site only accept FPS or Octopus). Opening hours are: 09:30-22:00. There is a village office restaurant nearby.
  
• External food and drinks are not allowed unless otherwise specified.
  
• BBQ and cooking must be conducted in designated areas; no other fire sources or campfires are allowed.
  
• The following items are strictly prohibited within the campsite: candles (unless placed in leak-proof containers), incense, fireworks, open flames, and weapons.
  
• The grass area and leisure area of the camping zone are public spaces. Please note that quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM; please keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing other campers.
  
• Guests shall be responsible for any damage or destruction caused to the venue facilities. Any replacement, repair, and/or cleaning costs incurred due to damage, defacement, or loss of camping gear, equipment, decorations, lawns, plants, or fences shall be compensated at cost.
  
• The hirer must ensure that they, their employees, agents, and attendees comply with the Hong Kong National Security Law and relevant legislation. Acts that incite disorder, endanger the safety of other guests, or incite hatred or fear are strictly prohibited.
  
• If there is any suspicion of endangering national security, Yau Tam Mei Holiday Camp reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking without compensation. The guest or group may also be prohibited from renting the venue facilities again.

— Important Notes —

• No cancellations or refunds are provided. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
• Images are for reference only; please refer to the actual site for the final content.
  
• The booking must be used on the reserved date and within the selected time slot; it will be invalid if expired.
  
• In the event of special weather conditions (e.g., Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal issued by the Observatory), you may reschedule your booking. The rescheduled date and experience must be completed within 30 days. Please contact the merchant directly for details. No refunds will be provided.
  
• The campsite may cancel activities due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may reschedule according to the adverse weather arrangements below; no refunds will be provided.
  
• Participants shall be liable for the cost of cleaning, repairing, restoring, or replacing any equipment, apparatus, installations, or other property that is soiled, lost, damaged, or destroyed due to the participant's negligence (excluding normal wear and tear).
  
• Please keep your personal belongings safe. YAU TAM MEI HOLIDAY CAMP LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft occurring before, during, or after the activity.
  
• YAU TAM MEI HOLIDAY CAMP LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by participants during the activity.
  
• YAU TAM MEI HOLIDAY CAMP LIMITED reserves the right to amend, cancel, or supplement the terms and conditions of this activity, or to change, suspend, terminate, or cancel the activity at any time without prior notice or explanation. In case of any dispute, YAU TAM MEI HOLIDAY CAMP LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
