Purchase Notice

This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you 3 days prior to departure to cancel and provide a full refund. Each person may bring one 20-inch suitcase and one carry-on backpack. This tour does not include ski equipment (which can be purchased additionally by contacting customer service), ski lessons, or lift tickets (lift ticket prices vary depending on the date; please refer to the Mt Buller website for specific pricing; once booked, it is non-refundable and non-changeable).

Reminders

  • Infants under 2 years old (must be accompanied by 2 adults and not occupy a bed)

  • All rooms are standard double rooms (one double bed). If you require two single beds, please let us know.

  • This multi-day tour includes accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Mansfiled, a town approximately 50 minutes' drive from Mt. Buller. If you require a specific hotel or accommodation on Mt. Buller, a separate quote will be provided, subject to change.

  • Additional charges may apply during peak season. Please be aware of this.

  • Before departure or during the trip, in the event of inclement weather, no snow, closed ski resort, cable car shutdown, or suspension of ski lessons, or force majeure, our company will not be held liable and will handle the matter in accordance with the official rules of the ski resort.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 16 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
