This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 8 participants by 7 days before the scheduled departure.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.

Please note that your stay may be shortened due to traffic congestion.
In the event of rain, the fireworks display will be held and the tour will continue. The tour may be cancelled in case of stormy weather (typhoon, strong winds, rain, etc.), swollen rivers, or other situations that may pose a risk to the fireworks display.
Even in the event that the fireworks display is cancelled due to stormy weather, the tour will go ahead unless the fireworks display management announces the cancellation prior to the departure of the tour. The decision to cancel the tour may be made by the Fireworks Display Executive Committee early in the morning on the day of the event. Therefore, the tour guide may inform you of the cancellation on the day of the event.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the fireworks display due to sudden stormy weather after departure, there will be no refund of the tour fee (including the cost of bleacher seats).
It is a 20-minute walk from the parking lot to the fireworks venue. Please wear comfortable walking clothes.
Depending on the traffic and congestion on the day of the tour, the time of return may be delayed significantly and you may not be able to connect to the final public transportation. In such cases, cab fare and other transportation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
If the fireworks are cancelled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. If the fireworks are canceled after the tour departs, no refund will be made. Please understand this in advance.
Please bring your own heatstroke prevention goods.

Important Notes During Bus Tour
We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
※Please note that the return time is an estimate and may be delayed due to traffic conditions. Please consider how you will return home or hotel in advance, such as by checking the connection to the final public transportation, and also consider in case you cannot connect to public transportation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
