To start your day of skydiving, convene at Lilydale Airport. After a briefing session, get ready for your ascent of up to 15,000 feet in the air. - Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather is good, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule may change, which may take you a day of waiting. In order to avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations
- Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels

- By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years of age, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydiving
- Travellers who weigh over 110 kg are not allowed to participate, please consider this before booking
- Travellers weighing 94 kg or more must be accessed by a safety inspector, a surcharge applies to the different weights (refer to the surcharge info), the inspector will evaluate weather and other conditions to decide if the tour should be cancelled as skydiving may be cancelled due to safety reasons
- If you are on medication or have any special physical conditions, please consult your doctor before booking

Skydiving requires 15–45 mins of ground preparation. Participants must follow the guidance and instructions from professional coaches at all times
Due to safety reasons, travelers are not allowed to bring any carry-on items (e.g. camera, smartphone, GoPro) to board the plane
Parking spaces are available on-site for travelers driving to the venue
