Please exchange your New Year's Eve cruise ticket at King Street Wharf 5 Australian Cruise Group office (boarding point) prior to departure. The boarding pass will be available for collection from 12pm on the 31st December, please arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to the scheduled boarding time
Passengers that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-show without any refund
Travelers are strictly not allowed to bring their own alcohol, food, or illicit drugs on board

Sydney Harbour has very strict marine pollution (MARPOL) regulations. Please do not throw any objects into the harbour whilst on board (including cigarette butts, glassware & bottles). Travellers will be liable to all fines imposed by the regulatory authority
The minimum dress code for the New Year's Cruise is semi-formal. Men are encouraged to wear collared shirts. Women are encouraged to dress up and wear a dress or other formal attire. Please do not wear shorts, singlets, thongs, beachwear, sneakers, or other casual attire. No refunds will be given if travelers are refused entry due to being dressed inappropriately
Kindly be reminded the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour or due to any prevailing wind conditions
Australian Cruise Group reserves the right to allocate the booking to the relevant vessel and to substitute the vessel without notice
